What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen During 30 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hello I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been having some weird pain in lower abdomen Feels like scraping sometimes. When I sneeze or cough i get sharp pains. Earlier today i lifted our 45 lb dog onto couch and felt pain after. no bleeding or spotting, is this okay?

I really appreciate your concern, in a third trimester such a symptoms are very likely and this is nothing to worry still it need to be infirmed to gynecologist first because if this something ever wrong then gynecologist is the first to judge it, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
