Hello,

Lower abdominal pain that is worse with intercourse warrants a gynecological visit. Your doctor may also ask for a transvaginal ultrasound and also samples to rule out sexually transmitted infections.

According to the findings of these examinations, the doctor will further determine the best management in your case.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
