What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?
I have bad pain in lower right abdomen and very salty taste in mouth & lips that won t go away. I am 5 months post Full abdominal hysterectomy with repeated infections which lasted 8 weeks from surgery. Could this be a kidney issue or tract issue. Is it ok to take my 30/500 co codamol for the pain. I also have fybromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, diverticulitis disease, degenerative disc disease, prolapsed lumbar bilateral discs, prolapsed cervical discs, arthritis in both knees, & nerve pain in left leg & right hip

Most probably it will be a renal colic.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
