What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen Radiating To Lower Back While Standing?

Ive been having sharp pain near my belt line on the lower front right side near my hips and its radiating towards my lower back right side. Mostly when i am standing for a longer amont of time or sitting and it takes time to go away once i lye down with my legs elevated. Should i be worried?

Sharp pain in right pelvic region radiating to the hip and lower back may be due to nerve compression or nerve irritation. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
