What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen When Not Being Constipated?

My entire lower abdomen area (below my navel to my pubic area) is painful when I press on it. Even if I m not pressing it, there s pain. What is this? I m not constipated. I don t have symptoms of a UTI. No frequent urination; no burning. I m worried to death.

You have pain in lower abdomen below navel to pubis. Pain in lower abdomen may be due to urinary stones. To find out the cause you have to have some tests, urine routine , Hb, Tlc , Dlc, esr, and ultrasound scan of lower abdomen with full bladder. There may not be any symptoms in passing urine, urine may be clear or may have RBC in microscopic quentytiy.. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice Tab norfloxacin 400 twice a day , tab mefspas three times a day tab tramadol 50 three times a day, vitamin C 500 twice a day, rest on arrival of reports ,,
