What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Loss Of Strength In Hands?

I am having pain in my lower back and when I stand for longer than about 10-15 minutes, if i put weight on my right foot my right leg shakes really bad. I am also noticing a marked loss of strength in my hands. What could be causing this? A pinched nerve maybe?
