What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Pelvic Area?

Hi i ve been to the er to have myself checked, they took 2 blood test and say there is no infection and 2 urine tst, said i was not pregrant, and said both were good as well, have lower back pain, pelvic area pain, burning sensation, discharge or little black tissue, and quite a bit when i urinate

Hi, I think you are having some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotics. Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Blood test will not rule out the vaginal infection. These symptoms indicate some vaginal infection.
