What Causes Pain In Lower Back And Testicle?

Hello, a few days ago I slipped and fell on my backside really hard and the next day when I woke up I felt severe pain in my lower back and much more pain on my left testicle.. The pain comes and goes but I m stiff and also when it does come it comes really bad, should I go to the hospital?

I really appreciate your concern, the fall must have caused the soft tissue inflammation still it need to be ruled out for the fracture part, and for that better to see the hospital, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
