What Causes Pain In Lower Back Near Pelvic Area?

I feel pain in my lower back near the pelvic region and a little up btween l4 l5 I also feel pain in my joints can u recommend any food or mecitions to overcome the weaknesses I am 18and quite athletic 5. 7feet and 59 kg can u also recommend something to add a couple more inches

I really appreciate your concern, such may not need any specific treatment unless have some medical condition, but try to maintain good posture wrong angle of movement pressure could be the reason, if pain that you have is not too much then no need to have any medicine if you can not bear this then "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" time release can be tried but best I would advise to find out the underlying cause of pain instead, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
