What Causes Pain In Lower Back On Both Sides Of Spine?
I have back injury from boxing and it happend 5 months ago.. the pain is in my lower back on ethir sides of my spine, when I get this pain I stiffin up and cannot move certain ways. Sometimes it hurts so bad that I cry. I get this pain about once or twice every two months. What is it and what can I do?
Thanks for your consultation at HCM!! I have gone through your case and as your physician I totally understand your concern... Based upon the history you have provided I think you have got Musculoskeletal pain secondary to trauma..All you need is to take rest and use antiinflammatory drugs along with muscle relaxants and avoid vigorous physical activity... If your pain doesn't settle and it get worse then you should consult Orthopedic surgeon.. . You are required to get an XRay of your spine and MRI if your treating doctor thinks so... Hope your query is adequately answered if you still have any feel free to ask. Regards Dr Saad Sultan
