What Causes Pain In Lower Back On Right Side After Consuming Alcohol?

hi my son is 20, he has pain in his lower right side, by his right hip. it comes and goes for days after drinking alcohol and certain foods flair it up.he has been for numberous tests, blood work, Ct scan, x-rays & ultrasound. everything has come back good. he has been in and out of the hospital and our family Dr can not find anything wrong with him, its very frustrating

hi, alcohol consumtion rarely cause lower back pain and hip.as u have gone through many investigations but didnt find anything then two possiblity occur
1) pain radiculapathy on right side may or may not be radiating to right side of leg and can only be diagnosed by MRI LS SPINE and not by CT scan
2) renal stone(less than 2mm size) very rarely seen in KUB ultrasound but stone pain is usually associated with vominting,anorexia or burning micturition
Other possiblities can be made only after clinical examination by doctor.
