What Causes Pain In Lower Back Radiating To Hip Joints And Buttocks?

I am 29 years old and female. In 2008 I was in a car accident were I was hit by a drunk driver. Fast forward to current day and I've done everything for relief for the lower back pain I've experienced since 08-- chiropractors, physical therapy, dry needling specialists, prescriptions which I can never take longer than a day or so because I work full time and all the meds make me sleepy.Lastly my orrthopedic started giving me steroid epidural shots about three yes ago. They helped me tremendously!!!! However I was receiving them about every 3-4 months for the past three years. Now my orthopedic refuses to continue the injections because he says Im young and the continued use of the injection may or may not be safe long term. So it has been over 4 months since my last spinal steroid injection..and the pain aching and burning in my lower back is enough that I am in tears. The pain is running thru my hip joints upper thighs and buttocks....what can I do from here? Please help me. I see now I have to pay for an answer... I don't have any money right now. Sorry for our time.
