What Causes Pain In Lower Flank?

Hi Had dull pain lower left flank for 3 months. Gradually radiating around the left side.Feel a jelly like lump last 3weeks and have gas bloating irregular motions. Had a CT scan. Now a bit concerned. Im 50. What could be the causes other than the big C? Best Regards Michael.

There are different causes about left side flank pain. It can be related to kidney stones, lumbar hernia etc. The scan results will notify the cause.
