What Causes Pain In Lower Inguinal Radiating Towards Back?

my mom, who is 40 yrs old is was hysterectomised an yr ago, she has pain in the left inguinal area which radiates to left back.. what might be the reason? whom should we consult?she has pain sometimes for every few days ...last time she had pain 15 days back n again now from 2-3 days
