What Causes Pain In Lower Left Abdomen While Sitting?

Hi, I've been having pain in my lower left abdomen for two days, feels ok when sitting hurts to cough/ move around. I took a pepto (stomach hurt a little) started to feel pain after that, been feeling very gassy, but it feels stuck, can feel it moving around.

I really appreciate your concern this could be due to some intestinal infection some time this comes around even without the drugs just wait for some time if the symptoms persist if this is not improved then this can be well managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, take care, have a nice day.
