What Causes Pain In Lower Left Abdominal Area?

I have been having for a month a small, pinching pain in my lower left abdominal area. Sometimes it nears the belly button but most of the time it stays in that area. Also, when i am on the bed i can hear stomach noises somewhat frequently. Sometimes the pain feels like a muscle related issue (pull), but it should have been gone by now. The pain comes and goes, it isn t frequent but i know it s there Here s my weekday diet: grain bar at morning chicken breast, rice , salad at lunch cooked corn flour filled with cheese and sliced chicken breast for dinner

HI.
Thanks for your query.
The cause of pain in the lower left abdomen with noises can be due to intestinal obstruction. Noted the diet and does not looks to be related to your problem.

I would advise you the following:
Enteroclysis to start with so that a proper cause can be diagnosed and get the correct treatment.
Colonoscopy, CT scan tests of the blood, urine and stool help to get further information.
