Welcome to HCM. Good day, I am sorry to learn of your trouble. A few issues with your scenario.
1. Your cramping is probably due to electrolyte imbalance
2. You need to eat more than once a week,
3. There is something else wrong if you cant eat or never feel hungry and this needs to be investigated.
4. You need blood work to be performed as I suspect that your blood level are really off and causing you to have these symptoms you are reporting.
5. You should not be gaining weight if you are not eating, therefore something some where is off and this needs to be worked up by a physician.

I hope this helps. Good luck.
