What Causes Pain In Lower Legs?

Recently, I have been experiencing pain in my lower legs, both legs . This occurs when I lay down. I am recovering from a chronic condition in which I have had to lay down frequently. This condition has improved dramatically, therefore, I have increased my physical activity by a great degree in the last month. The pain in my lower legs just started about two weeks ago.

Hello,

I think the cause of your pain is because of extensive exercise. I suggest you to rest., elevate the legs and use ibuprofen. You will be better soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
