O.K hello I am 24 years old have been diagnosed with pcos, every once in a while I will have like small tight pains down by my uterus area what could it be they come and go last about maybe 30seconds at a time,me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for several years now had sec on June 6th 0300 and cm was egg white and stretchy

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the polycystic ovarian disease then it need to be managed accordingly actually this is very common condition and this is nothing to worry but it need to be taken care, if you are planning for conception then it is advisable to see the gynecologist for further advise and treatment, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
