What Causes Pain In Lower Pelvis Post Colon Resection Surgery?

I have a dull pain in my right lower pelvic region. I had a colon resection 2 yrs ago, and I wonder if the pain is from scar tissue, as it started shortly after surgery. It comes and goes, not constant, but bothersome. Sort of feels like I am ovulating, but I am post menopause so that isn t it, but it feels similar.

I really appreciate your concern, here the pain may not be due to history of surgery but it could be nonspecific one still once it is the old history of colon surgery then it has to be seen for that just to clear the doubt, it may not be gynecological symptoms hope this information helps.
