What Causes Pain In Lower Right Shoulder Radiating Towards Chest?

I have had a pain in my back near my lower right shoulder blade closer to my spine that has radiated to the front of my chest. Not severe but very uncomfortable. Feel very tired, weak and achy. Right ear and neck glands swollen and congested. Coughing up some yellow mucous. Nose congested. Taking Mucinex DM

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have you have . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to cardiac problem like angina . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay for proper examination . Doctor may order ECG , TMT , blood test and sometimes angiography along with troponin T test . Doctor may prescribe nitroglycerine , betablockers , sedative and aspirin . Doctor may recommend surgery in some cases . Foe now do not exert your body and take proper rest .
