Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

There may be a chronic infection somewhere in the lower abdomen. Consult the surgeon for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

After a thorough examination and investigations like USG, he might come to a proper diagnosis. And then accordingly he might treat you. Do not worry. Consult the surgeon without wasting time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel,
