What Causes Pain In Mid And Upper Back During Third Trimester Of Pregnancy?
Hi I m 33 weeks pregnant and just found out I have to have a c section due to complete placenta previa. They are going to take me in at 36 to 37 weeks so I don t go into labor on my own. Right now I feel fatigue and naseusa and not hungry. I have some middle and upper back pain and I m afraid I m going to go into labor is this all normal?
Labour pain will start only after 35 or 36 weeks. Don't worry as you are in 33rd week. Your nausea, fatigue and decreased appetite is mainly due to pressure of uterus on organs like stomach and pancreas. But you need to eat well as providing nutrition to your child is important. Again the cause of back ache is mainly due to uterine pressure. Apply pain relief gel or spray to your back to be relieved of pain. Don't forget to take iron and folate capsules along with calcium as providing these nutrients is very important. Do routine work and be occupied so that your pregnancy will not bother you much.
