What Causes Pain In Mid Chest To Shoulder Blade?

I have had chest pains on the left side from mid chest all the way around to my shoulder blade. After is stops my legs get tingly. I am a 23 year old female, two children (born via csection) my family has a history of stroke, heart attack,low blood sugar and kidney disease.
