What Causes Pain In Muscles And Difficulty Concentrating After Taking Cipralex?

Hi,
I've been taking cipralex for the past 3 days.. it was prescribed to me for premature ejaculation problems.. it definitely helped me with that but im feeling ather very bad side effects: muscle pain.. foggy head.. difficulty concentrating.. insomnia.. a general bad feeling of not being me.. i took 5mg the first 2 days and 10 mg today. is there anything i can do to mitigate these side effects??
