What Causes Pain In My Back, Shoulder And Elbow After An Injured Clavicle?

I broke my clavicle 12/22/13. I ended up having a 5" plate w/6 screws and wire implanted 3 weeks ago. I have pain in my back shoulder blade, the muscle above my elbow and elbow (like when you hit your "funny bone") and also top of shoulder (as if someone hit you in the arm), this pain comes and goes but seems to move to those back and forth to those specific places. Is this normal? I am not wearing a sling now,
