What Causes Pain In My Groin, Hip And Back?

I have been experiencing an aching in my groins/hips and in my neck on the right hand side this happens at night when I'm in bed it's quite achy but then seems to subside during the day to hardly anything. I am 52 lady going through the menopause with just the normal symptoms which l am coping with?
