What Causes Pain In My Hips And Lower Back That Radiates More Upon Exertion?

I am ha ing a lot of pain in my hips/lower back. !ately it has been worse in my left hip, if I cough or sneeze the pain is almost unbearable, sometimes in the morning i have trouble getting out of bed, and when I do it takes a little bit of ti.e to walk correctly. I can no longer sleep on my stomach and if I am laying down and I cross my ankles i have to physically undress them with my hand e cause the pain in my hips\lower back is bad?
