What Causes Pain In My Jaws And Index Finger?

I am 29 yr old female that has been experiencing joint pain (jaw and rt. index finger with a nodule that swells from time to time). I have had a detectable ANA with 1:40 ratio. MRI of the jaw showed limited translation on opening with flattening of the condlye consistent with adhesions or muscle guarding. To top it off I had a hospital admission this week for Afib with RVR. Please tell me what is going on. My doctor keeps saying everything is normal.
