What Causes Pain In My Neck And Hips?

hi there, my friend and i were in an accident 2 days ago.we got hit on the driver's side, just behind the driver door. we spun completely around, i was seatbelted and being pushed against the passenger door by the force. i immediately felt pain in my right side from my neck, to my hip. i have been on 12 hour aleve and it has done nothing, and i am in excrusciating pain. when will the pain go away, or at least be tolerable? and should i go for physio therapy, chiropractic or massage therapy?
