What Causes Pain In My Pelvic Area?

I am a 31 yr old white female. I started having pains in my right pelvic area three years ago. The pain has gradually gotten worse and is now daily and severe. My gyn diagnosed me w/ endometriosis and adenomyosis based on my symptoms. I also had a LEEP last year due to CIN III. The first abnormal pap was three yrs ago too. Now my last pap in Dec came back with more abnormal cells and I am having constant spotting w severe pain and bright red bleeding after sex. My gyn said I don't need to come back for 6 mos. I am seeking a 2nd opinion. My question is should I go to a gyn/oncologist? And should I be overly concerned w these worsening symptoms as they can be a sign of endometriosis too? The pain is so severe some times I feel like I am in Labor. I have prev hx of c-section on 02 & pilonidal cystectomy in 07
