hello sir, my penis foreskin is very tight , during sex it very painful and hold the front part of penis like a hold with rubber. I think may be my penis is not going into my wife s vagina? foreskin surgey is required? I.e., reason still we don t have children? if any possibility to get the children after foreskin surgery? pl clarify sir

It can be due to phimosis. If it is related to phimosis, after circumcision you can have normal sexual life. Share a picture for confirmation.
