What Causes Pain In My Testicle?
hi, I am suffering pain in my testicular. As well, I feel pain in the area under the stomach and a feeling to defecate and sickness with vomiting but nothing happens. The pain goes after a long time of sleep and comes back when I start a movemenet. Sometimes the pain is less and sometimes it is really painfull. The testicular are Inflamed. Please I require advice and guidance and If any medicine is needed. Thank you

Detailed evaluation is needed to find out what exactly causing the pain. Get a scrotal ultrasound with Doppler at the earliest. As of now you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain.
