What Causes Pain In Neck Along With Headache?

hi im a woman of 47 yrs, weighing 59 kg and height 5 ft . I'm having this problem for past 1 and a half yrs. it was fine but the pain in the neck with headache is on and off .i just take painkiller. its been a week i have started zumba classes and the pain has started. is this related to the class?
