What Causes Pain In Neck And Back After Recovering Form Opiate Addiction?

I am a recovered opiate addict of 4 yrs and almost 6 months on the 27th of this month. I was on oxycontin IV, methadone and dilaudid all at different times in a 12 year span. I was able to completely kick the methadone and get throught he withdrawels and beat all odds. Praise God!



But I just started having major neck and back pain as a result of my true injuries and weight gain, so my orthopedic doctor gave me tramadol for pain relief. Well I took it for a couple of months daily because that's about the only relief I would get in my back and neck. Now I feel like i'm going through withdrawels. Is that possible with that specific medication?
