What Causes Pain In Neck And Joints And One-sided Headache?

I was told this morning by my Neorolagist that I have to have a temple Biopsey of my temple neves My bood sedrate is to high and I m having all kinds of pains in my body and have had a one sided headack for about 4mo. MRI is Negative a butiful brain.But still have the pain in the neck and joints dont have Arthrities have pains in hips have a hard time standing from siting position. I , 79 yrs. old. can I get into trouble with this test i m on plavix 11 yrs.for amarosiefugotoz not sure of the spelling I lost the sight in my left eye 3 times. for 5min. at a time. had all tests .Help with this q.?

Dear you may be suffering from temporal arthritis is characterized by head ache, joint pain,visual disturbances, jaw claudication, neck pain, and scalp tenderness. Visual loss is one of the most significant causes of morbidity in GCA. Permanent visual impairment may occur in as many as 20% of patients, and, in some cases, GCA can cause bilateral blindness. Visual loss is an emergency need to consult your neurologist/opthalmologist and get treated accordingly.
