Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dear you may be suffering from temporal arthritis is characterized by head ache, joint pain, visual disturbances, jaw claudication, neck pain, and scalp tenderness. Visual loss is one of the most significant causes of morbidity in GCA. Permanent visual impairment may occur in as many as 20% of patients, and, in some cases, GCA can cause bilateral blindness. Visual loss is an emergency need to consult your neurologist/opthalmologist and get treated accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
