What Causes Pain In Neck And Lower Back?

I was first having neck pain then butt pain and then lower back began to bulge or sink in. I am 32. My aunt and uncle have extra vertebrae in their back. I have been having back problems since my second c section a year and half ago. I was exrayed and the orthopedic doctor said I have lumbar spondylosis. I am getting an MRI soon. What do you think about this? Should I get a second opinion and what does this mean for me?
