What Causes Pain In Neck And Middle Of Ear?

hi I have neck pain not bad left side but also have ear issue . it seem like it in the middle of my ear .very little pain but its there, I did poke around with a tooth pick to clear wax . no bleeding , no headache , no dizziness . I took some prednisone 10mg .

Since you have a neck pain and a ear ache it is best that you have it examined by your nearest physician to rule out any active infection.
It would take less than a minute.
And taking medication after a physicians advice it best.
