What Causes Pain In Neck And Shoulder Radiating Down The Arm?

I have pain across my shoulders, in my neck, down my right arm and tingling in my right hand,what should i do, i've been exaimend by an ortho doctor and i've rec'd cortizone shoots in both arms, my left arm is much better, no change in the pain and discomfort in my r/arm and fingers. I've had x-rays of both shoulders, neck, and r/arm and hand(i'm inclined to believe that the x-rays will not reviel anything, a M.R.I. would be more conclusive. I am unemployed and i have no way to pay for your service, can you still help me.



I have concluded my question request and proceeded to next part, i see that this information is not free, i have a major problem. I was laid off over a year ago and i don't have any financial means to pay for this help, wht i did have iused to go to the doctor and for x-rays, thank you any way for your assistance if you can not help me at this time.
