What Causes Pain In Neck And Shoulder With Dizziness?

Sir, i have problem in my neck; doctors say there is some worn out in my neck; noe and then i had pain in my shoulder for the past one year; some the pain would last for two / three dybut most often the pain is intermittant, ie the pain would come and go. intermittantly i had giddiness also less frequently; is it due to vertigo or is it due to obstruction to blood flow to head because of spondylosis?
