What Causes Pain In Neck And Tailbone Area And Drooping Eyes?

I over the past week have been dealing with very intense pain in my neck and tailbone area. It feels like someone has put a blow torch on my neck and tailbone and then has thousands of needles sticking me in those areas. I woke this morning after a restless night of sleep (due to the pain) and noticed my right eyelid was drooped down almost covering my eye. I can take my finger and put the eyelid back up and it will stay up for a while and then droop back down? What do you suggest?
