What Causes Pain In Neck During Movement?

my pain is inner. when you touch the spot it does not hurt, only when i turn my head right, left and when i look all the way down. the spot that hurts is at the back and right end of my head but the beginning of neck!!!!!! it got worst it started like at 3pm and it got worst.
