What Causes Pain In Neck, Lightheadedness And Racing Heart?

Two weeks ago i had this pain in my neck that went up to the base of my skull that would come and go it went on for about a week and a half havent felt it since then now i get lightheaded as if im about to float away when i close my eyes i also feel as if my heart is racing for a few seconds and nausea got a cat scan done everything was normal
