General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a muscle strain. I recommend using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day. I also suggest using warm compresses for local application.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
