What Causes Pain In Neck With Feeling Of Pinched Nerve And Tensed Shoulder?

hi there. i have a pain on the outside of my neck, feels almost like a pinched nerve/muscular pain. muscles around my shoulders are a bit tense. doctor couldnt find anything wrong, i got an ultrasound to make sure there was no lump etc. i wonder what my next move is? i am thinking of getting acupunture
