What Causes Pain In Ovaries And Pelvis During Endometriosis?
Hi I have an important Q that bother me too much I would appreciate it if you could reply my question I had endometriosis two 3 year ago I had laparscopic surgery when I have instigation of sexual I feel a great pain in my ovary and my pelvis now I want to know why this pain follow me during these years? thank you

First of all, do not panic.
As you might be aware that pelvic endometriosis is a condition that infiltrating in deeper tissues and it involves a lot of inflammatory response and involves nerves. Also, it releases local pain-causing substances.
All this and disturbed anatomical relationship leads to pain in the pelvic organs. Also, if endometriosis is present in the area of uterosacral ligaments and in between rectum and vagina, it leads to pain during and after sexual activity.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Tablet Dirnogest 2 mg daily for 4 to 6 months. This helps to reduce endometriosis and associated pain.
