What Causes Pain In Ovary, Dizziness And Clotting During Periods?

For the past 3/4 months I have started to have sharp pain in ovary area on left had side about 7 to 10 days after period and a slight sick feeling two weeks before period. This month it was slightly different as I had the 2 week sick feeling but then got sharp pain before period and during period, I also felt dizzy at times and experience clotting, one of which was the size of a two pence coin. Finally I have been starting to feel a bit sweaty other the past few months but with this period I experienced what can only be described as hot flushes which arrived on the first day of period, stayed a little on the second day but once the period almost stopped so did the flushes. Is this anything to worry about or just hormonal?
