What Causes Pain In Palm/finger Bones/back?

Hi i am 43 years old and am facing certain physical problems since last one week such as pain in palm and finger bones, pain at back above hip etc. I reside in Gurgaon, hence, am looking for the physician who sits out of DLF in GGN, as we also consulted him a year back, but unfortunately we have misplaced his prescriptions
