What Causes Pain In Pelvic Area After Having Hysterectomy?

Hi, I had hysterctomy two years ago and they removed all but left ovary. I am now experiencing pain on the left side on the pelvic area and sometimes on the my back. I fell very bloated and sometimes nausea and also not hungry at times. I have gained some weight. I go the bathroom very often. I do suffer from constipation/diarrhea at times. My family dr had me go take a sonogram and I m waiting for the results. Just worried. Please help.

Hi I think you can be having some ovarian cyst. You can try some hormonal treatment for that. Wait for the scan report and then consult a gynecologist for proper treatment. You can take some pain killer and antacids. Also get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any urine infection. It can also lead to pain. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. Hope it helps.
