What Causes Pain In Pelvic Area?

I ve been have these dull sticking like pains in my pelvic area for the past 2days myperiod is 4 days late. I took a test and it came out negative. I already have 1 child and when I thought I was pregnant the 1st time the test was positive right away. I don t know what could be causing these pains that im feeling.

Urine hCG card test can give conclusive result only after one week of delayed period.

So after 1 week of delayed period test repeated to conclusively rule out pregnancy.

For pelvis pain per speculum examination and USG pelvis report should be done.

According to cause specific treatment given.

USG will be beneficial in rule out pelvis inflammatory disease or endometriosis like condition if present.

Urine routine microscopic examination also should be done. Consult gynecologist for examination.
